Self Care is never selfish. When we take care of ourselves and strive to be our best physical, emotional and spiritual selves, we become a blessing to ourselves and to others. You are being encouraged to show respect to your body, get in tune to increase your ability to hear Spirit, and to allow your heart to heal. Life does not happen TO us and it is not an excuse to ignore our own needs.
